Petualang Unik - Agar tanaman selalu tampak segar, petugas pertamanan di China menyemprotkan cat hijau pada rumput dan tanaman di kota. Kok, bisa?
Rumor ini sedang marak diperbincangkan secara online. Pasalnya, beberapa gambar menunjukkan bahwa petugas pertamanan China sedang menyemprot rumput dan tanaman kota dengan pewarna hijau untuk membuatnya tampak lebih subur dan hijau.
Beberapa foto yang beredar di dunia maya memperlihatkan bahwa beberapa petugas pertamanan tampak membawa selang panjang dan alat semprot. Mereka tampak menyemprotkan semacam pewarna hijau ke rumput dan tanaman di pinggir jalan besar. Foto ini diambil di Chengdu, ibukota Provinsi Sichuan, China.
Ketika diminta penjelasan terkait apakah pewarna hijau yang digunakan itu berpotensi berbahaya bagi lingkungan, perwakilan dari biro pembangunan pedesaan mengatakan bahwa zat itu hanyalah "pupuk hijau" yang membantu rumput agar terlihat jauh lebih baik.
Kegiatan ini awalnya terungkap ketika warga setempat melihat tim penyemprot datang dengan truk mereka dan berhenti di sepanjang jalan. Kemudian beberapa warga pun mulai mengeluhkan pakaian dan alas kaki mereka berubah jadi hijau setelah melewati rumput-rumput di sekitar kota.
Petugas yang diberi nama Top Green Turfing Agent ini ternyata ditugasi untuk membuat rumput bersinar terang. Pewarna yang digunakan untuk itu diyakini tidak beracun dan akan hilang sekitar 14 minggu setelah penyemprotan. Zat ini juga akan mewarnai tanah di bawah rumput dan semak-semak yang ikut disemprot.
